Managing Member
Founder Bill Miller is a seasoned real estate, land development, and construction professional with more than 25 years’ experience and honed expertise. He has built more than 500 new homes, remodeled many more, and achieved industry recognition and success as both a Builder and Real Estate Professional. Bill has designed and built multiple award-winning Custom Homes which have been recognized by the Building Industry Association for excellence in both design and construction. As a Real Estate Professional, he ranked in the top 1% of all real estate professionals Nationwide.
Bill enjoys the creative process of designing, building, and remodeling Outer Banks coastal homes and collaborating with his wife, Mary and their son, Michael, in the management and operation of OBX Building & Remodeling.
Michael Miller
Director of Marketing and Design
Michael K. Miller is a furniture, lighting & interiors specialist with a B.F.A. from Elon University. With years of experience in hotel design sales, he has managed accounts for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Phillip Jeffries, Jay Edward Hospitality Furniture, & Bluebird Lighting. Projects include: The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, The St. Regis Dana Point, The Santa Monica Proper Hotel, The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills, and now luxury custom homes. Michael is passionate about creating spaces that are thoughtfully designed and inspirational.
Mary Miller
Accounting and Administration
Mary Miller contributes her 25+ years of exceptional business operations and management expertise to the family business. She leads accounting and administrative oversight, including budgeting, procurement, vendor coordination, and insurance oversight. Mary particularly enjoys collaborating with our son, Michael, on the curation of thoughtfully designed furnishings, décor, and accessories for interior and outdoor living spaces.
